Monumental office building from label G to C
Villa Rusthoek in Baarn was built in 1905. This building has recently become highly energy efficient. There’s an energy reduction of more than 50% and in terms of the energy label this means that from an energy label G, it's now moved to energy label C.
If it's possible for such a building, such a national monument, then it's also possible for many other old buildings.
